Job Type: Food Industry
Job Responsibilities: Cooking, Service, Management, Store Operations
Looking for: Experience in the food industry, preferably with culinary experience, but inexperienced applicants welcome (job descriptions are negotiable). A love of cooking, a love of people, and a desire to grow.

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Work Location: Monjakoma, Gotanda, and Nakameguro. Assignment will be determined upon hiring.

Working Hours: [Monday - Sunday, Holidays] 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM (Last Order: 2:00 AM)
Regular Holidays: None
Salary: Monthly 250,000 yen - Hourly 1,200 yen -
Availability and experience will be considered.

Holidays/Vacation: 6 days per month (shift system)
Benefits/Benefits: Competency-based pay, social insurance, biannual bonus

Our restaurant has its roots in a branch of a monja restaurant in Tsukishima, the birthplace of monja.

Based on the authentic flavors of the original cuisine, we also offer a wide variety of dishes that take advantage of the unique characteristics of teppanyaki.
One of the popular dishes is the foil-baked dish made with Awaji onions.
We plan to continue to focus on menus that use ingredients that are carefully sourced.

As an izakaya, we will also have a wide selection of drinks on the menu.
We hope that you will use this restaurant not only for meals but also for enjoying drinks.

The monjayaki is cooked in front of you by the staff, not by the customers themselves.

The majority of customers are expected to be in their 20s and 30s.
Depending on how you do it, you can do a wide range of marketing!

Applicants must have at least one year of service experience in any industry.
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is not required

Monja Komato Gotanda is a monja specialty restaurant, with the Nakameguro branch opening in 2023 and the Gotanda branch opening in 2024!! Monja Komato follows the tradition of a famous restaurant in Tsukishima, Tokyo, while pursuing originality.
